At Telaga Seafood Restaurant, we strive to provide exceptional dining experiences. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to table reservations and deposit payments.

Deposit Requirements

• Table reservations with preorder food require a 50% deposit payment through our secure Chip-In payment gateway
• Free reservations are available for bookings without preorder food
• Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposit payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours before your scheduled reservation date and time.

Refundable Deposits

Deposits may be refunded only if:

• Cancellation is made more than 24 hours before your reservation time
• The restaurant is unable to accommodate your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances
• There are exceptional circumstances beyond your control (subject to management approval)

• Credit/Debit Cards: 7-21 working days
• FPX (Malaysian banks): 7 working days

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the deposit. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
