Reservation Terms

Booking Requirements

  • All reservations are subject to availability
  • Reservations with preorder food require a 50% deposit payment
  • Reservations without preorder are free of charge
  • Valid contact information is required for all reservations

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are processed through Chip-In payment gateway
  • All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation time
  • Deposits may be refunded for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance
  • Refund processing takes 7-21 working days for cards, 7 days for FPX

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made by phone or email
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation time will forfeit the deposit
  • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit amount
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

  • Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers
  • Remaining balance must be paid at the restaurant
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as available

Restaurant Policies

Dining Guidelines

  • Please arrive on time for your reservation
  • Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time
  • Dress code: Smart casual (no specific restrictions)
  • Children are welcome; high chairs available upon request

Special Requests

  • Dietary restrictions and allergies must be communicated in advance
  • Special occasions can be accommodated with advance notice
  • Menu modifications are subject to kitchen availability

Liability and Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for personal belongings left at the restaurant
  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions if dietary restrictions are not properly communicated
  • Service may be affected by circumstances beyond our control

  • Photos may be taken for promotional purposes; please inform staff if you prefer not to be included
